I am an English teacher and a journalist. I`ve been teaching English for over 18 years. Having explored different areas in teaching, I couldn't help but grow passionate about what my job entails, which is helping learners thrive in their personal goals.
I help intermediate and advanced learners overcome their learning plateau and level up their competence in English.
My goal as a teacher is to help you find joy in learning and develop the skills and confidence you need to use the language for communication in any area of your life.
I seek to establish a genuine connection with my students. Respect, empathy and freedom are my core values. I want my students to feel free and safe when working with me. Suggestions are always welcome.
I am familiarized with a lot of teaching methods and I combine them. However, I am fond of one specific approach which is the communicative aspect, student- centered with a focus on meaning. My students´ needs are fundamental. Therefore, I adapt the lessons according to their preferences.
